Recruitment consultancy RTM wanted to revive its dormant Twitter account alongside its rebrand in 2018. Their company vision was a no-nonsense approach to talent acquisition and their mission to question everything that’s been done before and to start a fight against old-fashioned concepts.

We developed content to support this vision, often provocative: a monthly podcast to showcase and discuss RTM’s ideas for change; videos exposing faults and gaps in the industry; articles explaining why you were doing things wrong, and so on. RTM’s Twitter saw a 250%  increase in traffic in just one month.
